(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Title says just about all of it. Whenever I apply cheats after decrypting all files then encrypt them I load it in MGS4 it says the save is damaged. How can I prevent this? I only applied Max DP and it said it was damaged. Thank god I kept a backup.

Decrypt-apply cheats (make sure checksum is ticked)-update pfd (automatically encrypts)

How do I make sure the checksum is ticked?

Also, it still says the save data is damaged.

EDIT: Turns out theres two aspects to MGS4 with bruteforce save data

1: The games saves use an additional custom encryption layer that's not the standard one many PS3 games use. Could be an issue

2: Brute force save data just doesn't go well with MGS4 since it's latest update is version 2.03. I can't use an older version since I am using the Legacy edition of MGS4 from the MGS Legacy Edition. The reason for 2.03 is to add trophies + remove Metal Gear Online data (Servers shut down in 2011, Legacy Edition is released in 2012 so theres no point of keeping MGO data since it shut down.
