Well you have to have DLC for this trophylist to run, at least in my game it shows that I need some Gun DLC or something, you can start New Game and set Difficuly to Hard, it took me around 5 minutes and I got Tough Nut Trophy, but I can't get any others, I would be happy if someone could upload Travel 50 miles in the same vehicle Trophy.

And in accordance with one of the responses it indeed does only have so many miles driven and enemies killed, not enough for the trophy. So I figured I would try to do a few other things for completion sake. I killed one person and got the trophy to pop for killing with every kind of weapon, but the trophy for having 100 headshots and 100 cars destroyed didn't even though the stats are well above. I also replayed one of the early car theft missions to finish it but the trophy for completing all those didn't pop either. Has anyone else tried this?

start the jail mission .... and finish it
at your home go to your garage ... drive 4 more miles and trophy will pop
(see statistics in your mainmenu)
