This is a problem regarding psn.

I want to get all 100% on my trophy list before i buy ps4 but since i dont want to spend money(i m saving for ps4 obviously)and well i dont have the will.So i thought of CFW but i never did a hack and well i am paranoid if i get banned(i got banned once becaue of the stupid thing).

What to do?

I suggest reducing chances such as renaming homebrew, running antiban tools such as PSNtools or PSNnopev1 to make your PS3 like OFW. Use legit timestamps even though Sony don't care about trophies best to prevent then to be caught. Basically think of it as this, imagine you was working for Sony what are all the steps you will do to start an investigation for CFW on someone's account? Well I know in my case 1st thing I would look at is there history, if I cant find anything there then any suspicious names on game played if not there, then I would look on their trophies, If I can't find anything there I would look at their timestamps even though Sony can't ban for that it will at least give me a sign to keep an eye on the account. Just got to be smart, always be on the highest CFW, run your CFW with PSN tools, always clear history before and after and more things just common sense. Lastly try not to sign in too much avoid that.

ALSO can sony somehow see your messages?cuz i have sent some messages regarding trophy trades and so on...

Also i wouldnt do any of these hacks if i am 100% SURE i wont get banned.
I did a trade and its not the same when you do it on your own(i mean when i get a plat its synched and it says when i synched and so on but when someone else do it,it doesnt shown its synched.

Yes Sony can see all that, but for Sony to ban you they need real evidence not messages. Yes Xploder is good but how long are you gonna spend using that program? CFW within a month level 100 more money to be made with it too. When someone else does you trophies you have to sync as well on your PS3 so you can see it too.

But i only want to get those remaining trophies(so basicaly i wouldnt do any more games or so ...

also when i synch it everyone who sees it,they will think i did it right?

Yeah if they look at your trophies on such websites like PSN profiles and so on. But you can just made the timestamps look legit then it shouldn't be a problem hopefully.
