update. it will bring up a web page to upgrade the pro (which I have) and the old xploder pops a message saying wait

for update to be downloaded then extract and install but nothing ever downloads! is the old xploder now down?

found this on another forum this guy is having the same problem as me ; Default Xploder Ultimate edition keeps wanting to install update





Hello for the last two days my copy of xploder ultimate has been telling me i need to update it which i have done to xploder pro and installed and entered info and product key. Now everytime i try to open it it is asking me to reenter product key i have done this a couple times and it says i can only do this a few more times before it locks i assume. Now i can't use my old copy of ultimate it just keeps telling me i need to update or pro because i do not want to use up all my chances to install it with product key. How do i get my olld copy of ultimate to work again and new version pro to work? Some help would be great.

Hi I have the same problem 3 days ago renove license with the old, in fact today I upgrade to the new but I want to use the old the new will not let me do anything.

Not that I really care, I don't even use it anymore. It's stupid.

Basically, what happens is -

I run/open Xploder (old version) and it says I MUST update. I click okay for the download, it takes me to the XPLODER EDITOR program and makes me download that.

The update is utterly useless, since it's for a completely different program, and not the old version of Xploder.

Stupid xploder team can't even get that part right.

Why make us use xploder pro, its horrible, doesn't even re-asign game saves correctly, hope they bring a patch out soon so I can use the old xploder program, why fix what aint even broken?

All I can really say is, this is fucking horseshit. I've got both versions of Xploder and I only got the new "pro" version because of the way they made it sound like it had the cheats built into it, which is only about 1/3 true. I still used the old "ultimate" edition to do my resigning because it was easy and much more cooperative with me than any other resigner (Bruteforce and KG can suck it for right now, they've never worked right no matter how many tutorials I've watched) but now Xploder pulls this shit?? I can't really say I'm surprised, but that doesn't make me any less pissed the fuck off.

i have seen on another forum on here that a individual as contacted xploder and they are meant to be releasing another patch so that we can use ultimate edition again, duno how true this is but i hope it is and very soon.

This is an update to the ultimate as well as the pro.

This gives you the same interface as the pro edition.

If you wish to revert back to the old User Interface, there will be a version available to download in the near future.

When they replied to me they said it was going to be a day for the old interface to come back up. Do any of you guys know how to reassign saves using pro? I keep getting errors and I followed the tutorials they had and still it was a problem. Also whats the new update they just gave us?

It's weird, but I managed to get it to work last night/this morning (still hate it)

The method of dragging from the memory stick to the PC side and then dragging back and telling it you wish to over-write still kind of applies. I used a save for Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare, the region was EU so I copied all the files except the param.sfo and replaced my original files with the ones from the save. Then I went under local saves and selected the one that said it was on the memory stick and clicked to copy from USB to the PC. When I did that under local saves my Red Dead listing said it went from having "2 saves" to 3, 2 being on the USB stick and then there was a gap large enough for text to fit but was strangely blank for some reason. But when I clicked the gap the display on the right showed a file had been selected and then I clicked to copy to USB and it worked.

Still like the older version better.
