(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi. I'm in the middle of playing Star Ocean TLH International when I found this site. I've used Bruteforce in the past, but I seem to be having trouble with this. I did a couple of hours of searching and I can't seem to find the solution. I apologize if I posted this in the wrong place.

Does the remove copy protection feature only work for CFW? When I've tried to use it my saves always end up corrupted.

I've copied every save over from one of my ps3 accounts, and each one has [BLANK] next to my username. Is this a problem or part of the problem? From what I can tell, I've been able to resign a game successfully, but I haven't been able to remove the copy protection.

I've also decrypted/encrypted a save to make sure that I was using the correct key.

I would also really appreciate it if someone could post a save that's close to the beginning of the game. I'm fairly sure that using Bruteforce's cheats will work if I can copy it over.

I appreciate any your help and time, and I apologize if this question has an easy answer that I haven't seen.

in bruteforce after the decrypt use the Ctrl + P to remove copy protection. if thats what youre asking

if you want to know how to take the save from PS3 then yes you need CFW.

the BLANK means it dont belong to any online User. but this doesnt mean that the save will work on any account. some blank saves still need to be resigned.

Thanks for your help! I've used the Ctrl-P to remove the copyright protection, but everytime I do it corrupts the save. I just now tried clicking the "Copy Protected" box in the PARAM.SFO editor, but that also corrupted the save.

So far, my process has been to decrypt the files, remove copy protection, then encrypt the files again. I also have tried not decrypting them. Every time I've tried, I've corrupted the save. I've been using saves from You must login or register to view this content..

Just to clarify so I'm not wasting anyone's time, this is something that's doable on OFW, right?

I believe that I've solved my problem. I'm using KG's save resigner, which I found through his youtube video.

I appreciate everyone who took the time to read through my thread, and I apologize for wasting anyone else's time.

you have to decrypt first, then remove copy protection, then encrypt. otherwise it corrupts.

I tried that. At first I thought it was a resigning problem, but that worked fine. I probably messed something up when installing, because I spent ~3 hours hitting Ctrl-P, decrypting, and encrypting in every possible order that I could think of. K.G's thing worked the first time. I checked guides and followed every step I was given, but it didn't work. I'm not trying to say that it isn't my fault, because it probably is. But I do think that my problem is different enough that finding a workaround made it much easier.
