I received the infamous "Error syncing save data". Any way to fix this through BruteForce? Thanks!

I tried both. They're a no go.

This is what I did to make it sync and it worked:

1. Copy the save into Bruteforce
2. Decrypt PFD > Decrypt All Files
3. Double click on Safe.JSO and find the word "onlineID" (use ctrl + F)
4. Underneath "onlineID" you'll see a PSN username, just put your PSN username, just keep clicking OK then Save when done.
5. Delete all the FFLINE files in the save folder while Bruteforce is still on. (ignore this step if there is none)
6. Encrypt PFD > Encrypt Decrypted Files > Yes
7. Verify PFD then... Rebuild > Rebuild Partial

It worked like a charm! I figured it was due to it being a different person's save, but with me being relatively new to all of this, didn't know how to edit it. Thanks a million!

You don't need CFW. The method I mentioned above is for OFW, by using a program called Bruteforce Save Data. It edits the save.

Hi mate, im currently having the same issue with my save ~ im unable to sync it with sound shapes cloud,? would you or anyone else be able to do me a save with the bruteforce method so I can try syncing that to see if i can get my PsVita & Ps4 plats without having to replay through the whole game.?!
