There's currently no save for MGS3 in NGU. But you may find one in Xploder Database, Good Luck!

Keep in mind that MGS 3 is the easiest MGS platinum, and platinum can be obtained even running through the game on very easy with a guide. I may make a set some day, but it won't be for a while since I don't have too much free time at the moment, and the free time I do have is spent on other games

There are just few separate saves in Xploder for EU version. PAL save set would be great.
