First off you need a CFW and then you will need 200 Games to plat. There are few tools that can hack you the platin but you need to do it with each game. It doesn't mind if you have the disc versions or downloaded ISOs. After you hacked them you need to sync them to your account...

i just got a cfw, a friend means, that he could do this in 15 minutes with a tool, but i don't know how its name is.
i got TrophyIsGood Tool but only 14 Games and he got only 20 Games, but he is Trophy Level 100 and my question is, does anyone got a tool like this? ^^ or is there any tool like this?

Not sure about a tool you should ask the people who sell trophies, but I think they own the Trophy Folders for the games and just transfer them to their PS3
