Infinite HP you can do on your own

open save in HxD and look for a bunch of numbers that are like: 15 E0 15 E0 15 E0 FF FF FF, replace the FF FF with 15 E0

I was able to get the save editor open and I'm trying to add the infinite health and max karma cheats to test, but when I go to open the story check point file, it asks me to go a step further. Which file to I open? The .PFD? .SFO? Save_Str.dat? I tried applying it to both the .PFD and .DAT files, but whenever I go to load the game it just freezes and the music keeps playing in the background and I have to reboot my PS3.

Ahh, that might explain why it was bugging out on me, I was trying both HP and Karma. I'll give a try later with just HP and see how that works. Thanks for the info.

If you want to give me your story save with the amount of karma you have in the select screen I can update the offset

I'm not to worried about the karma, but I just tried using only the Inf HP in the SAV_Str and it still froze on me. I decrypted it with the KGResigner, applied the mod, then reencrypted. I'll try it again with Bruteforce, see how that works.

do it manually, open save in hex editor and scroll down till you see a bunch of 15 0E alongside FF's, fill the FF's with 15 0E to increase HP
