Most of the saves are made so they are right before you get a trophy.

If there's a trophy for collecting 30 things in the game, there would be a save that already has 29 things, so all you have to do is get the last one and you get the trophy without doing all the work.

I recommend looking up a "Bruteforce Save Data" tutorial on youtube or something, bruteforce is for using other people's saves on your profile.
