Step 1: I install save resigner 2.06
Step 2: I extract it to my desktop and run the install wizard
Step 3: I click next on the tabs and finally get to the install
Step 4: I click install

Now when i click install it does nothing for approx. 15 sec not downloading anything, then this notifacation will pop up saying

now i no clue what this is or what i'm supposed to do as the link is non existent which is a bummer.
if someone could help me out i'd be very grateful

It means you need to download it in order to run programs made using Visual C++

It's ok man I just gave up and started using brute force. I like all the options in it and it seems more advanced. Thanks anyways dude
