Post: Possible ban? - Impossible trophy order.

Anyways was wanting to know the likely hood of my PSN account being banned?
I recently used a modded trophy game save for GTAV

and thought that storyline trophies would pop along with the end game ones. This was not the case, so my trophy list for GTAV now has around 6 end game trophies unlocked, with the main unmissable storyline ones not achieved :/ this meaning the timestamps are impossible.
This makes me think it would be obvious to sony/game devs to see these few trophies were hacked and ban?
I have since hidden this games trophy list from my account, so wondering if hiding trophies makes them not visible to game devs/sony?
I also deleted the save and loaded the game up again with a legitimate one, which again is not at the 100% that the trophies state.
I am using OFW and have no platinum / hacked trophies otherwise.
Just wondered if you guys think there is a chance of being banned? As I don't want to trophy hunt if i could be banned in the future... or is it best to start a fresh new account? - kind of stupid as I have around 1000 legit trophies on the account.

I highly doubt that Sony or game developers give a shit about timestamps or even trophies for that matter unless it's an online trophy with a leaderboard... Then the mods of that games leaderboards will report you to Sony and you could get a temporary ban of 24 hours to a week or even a permanent ban if you keep on doing it.
As for hiding your trophies, yes Sony can always see your stuff, I mean all of your trophies are synced to their servers so why wouldn't they be able to... The only good thing about hiding your trophies is that certain Trophy Leaderboard sites will let you back on the legitimate side if you hide them.
What I would do, and have done, is test out the saves that you are trying to use on a dummy PSN account to see what they do first... Then if they do what you want them to, go ahead and use them on your main account... Also don't forget that if trophies pop out of order you can always delete your account without syncing them and then re-install your account and it will be as if you never screwed up in the first place.

Thanks for the response! So sounds like people can’t get perm banned from a few hacked trophies? just wanted to clarify this as I obviously would rather create a new account now than work on it for a few more years just to be suddenly banned.
And thanks for clearing up about the hidden trophies, I will also be sure to test any future trophy saves on mule accounts..

When you use save games to unlock trophies you won't be banned. When you used a CFW to unlock trophies you can get a perma ban.
