If your save is locked then you can copy someone else's over to your PS3 by removing the copy protection but this will replace your locked save unless you have PS+ in which case you can upload your save to the cloud and then use someone else's save without losing yours.

Just remember not to upload the other person's otherwise your save will be gone for good unless you have CFW and data transfer or sign in on the CFW and download the save to that. But that way you have to wait 24 hours I believe before you can download it again.

Yes gazra I have PS+ I use kg save resigner which I already know how to resign saves that arent locked but how do I use kg to remove copy protection and transfer it over. Thanks? And if you have any input crazytrain much would be appreciated.

I am unsure with KG I use BruteForce and it is really simple one second i will check.

Ok so when you open KG click on a game save and at the bottom left it will say "Selected Gamesave Details" click that then click on "Copy Protection" open the drop down menu it has and it will contain a box just make sure the box is not ticked and click on "Update"

My question is are there games that need.to be resigned from ngu or from someones ps3.....obviously I might need.to manually enter region codes but what about console ids?? Nope you don't need to enter any Console ID or anything I never have.

All you do is choose the param.sfo from one of your saves and then hit update and done.

There is no need for anything else to be entered as it all comes setup for you.

i am not sure why they said you need to enter a Console ID because I never have and all the saves work fine regardless.

But yes the saves themselves do need to be resigned.
