I found a few PS3 Saves for Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls and transfered these saves online on PS4.
But I always lose the process for the bounties.

Is there any way to get a save work on ps4 with 499 bounties finished?

Yeah, no progress carries over, wish there was a way to get save to work. 500 bounties is a godawful grind.

This was easy to do, it only took a couple days.

It may be easy but it's a lengthy grind, and boring as fuck. That's why people request a save in the first place.

500 bounties wasn't that hard, took me few days to do and since it doesn't carry over to ps4, if you get the ps4 ever, your going to need to do this yourself anyways. i did roughly about 50-100 a day, doesnt take long at all.

Welp. Good for you. Still I found it very long and tedious and boring. I couldn't do more than 10 a day and I had to stop and go play something else.
So, back to the main topic here, I don't think any saves carry over to PS4 as you confirmed.
