You probably need to change the gametype. Even after resigning or applying cheats it will show the same game type if you don't, Even after putting it back to the ps3. You need to change it in the menu of Minecraft. Click on ‘creative’ and the setting will change without losing the cheats. This method worked perfectly for a friend of mine and so I pass their information on to you hoping that it helps you as well.
