PS HOME developer folder, NPWR00432_00 proves Sony can prevent syncing of folders if they wanted to, but like you said, it would mean even developers/testers and legit players couldn't sync. Since Sony prevents us trophy hackers from syncing PS home dev, so too does it prevent developers from syncing. Take a look at psntl, and see that no one, not even testers have it, yet testers have games like aero-cross, don't be late, and nba jam. Now, let's see...PS Home regular user folder works, yeah? But on March 31, ps home will go offline, meaning nobody can earn trophies legit. Perhaps Sony will prevent use of folders as well, as they did for the dev version.

Still a long way away from converting synced folders to syncable ones, extracting trp files into working folders, and being able to use folder method on param.sfo starting with letters, but maybe one day :/ If we could just figure out the process that Pocki/Drizzy/Devils use to fix synced folders, then maybe one day, someone like dark nacho or aldo can make a tool that fix folders automatically.

Yeah I have always wondered about that as well. It's a shame that only a couple of people actually no about fixing them but that's what prevents things from being abused.

I guess in this day and age it would help a absolute ton because what else can be done with trophy folders it's not like it's a massive secret or anything and that it can be patched so I don't no why it's kept secret.

Maybe a couple of pointers would help people I personally have never looked into trophy folders or how to edit them past PS3TrophyIsGood lol so I can't be of any help

It would definitely involve editing the troptrns/tropusr with HxD, but from there...hmm...what would really help is to have two folders, one synced, and the other nonsynced -- same game, that way we can compare the differences.
