You may some corrupted folders/un synchable folders.

Either that or you could have not resigned them properly but they cannot patch the trophy hacking method at least not without implementing some pretty big changes and even then all the games that are released now would still be victim to it. So I highly doubt they will ever patch it in all honesty if they could they would have done way before now.

Try updating your bruteforce to the latest version.

You all do know if you bruteforce trophies to another profile and as soon as you sign in sony can detect that they are not for that account as each account send's a different signature to sony, so when they get around to viewing it you will get a ban cos they will know you have a CFW ps3 and are hacking,

PS HOME developer folder, NPWR00432_00 proves Sony can prevent syncing of folders if they wanted to, but like you said, it would mean even developers/testers and legit players couldn't sync. Since Sony prevents us trophy hackers from syncing PS home dev, so too does it prevent developers from syncing. Take a look at psntl, and see that no one, not even testers have it, yet testers have games like aero-cross, don't be late, and nba jam. Now, let's see...PS Home regular user folder works, yeah? But on March 31, ps home will go offline, meaning nobody can earn trophies legit. Perhaps Sony will prevent use of folders as well, as they did for the dev version.
