Install Rebug firmware and it has a feature where you can unlock your trophies by clicking triangle on your desired trophies and press unlock.

If your on OFW i recommend looking for a trophy shop on here. My recommendation would be STUNZ shop.

If I remember correctly that is only visual feature and you can not sync the trophies since they're not "legit". Correct way to do it would be using TrophyIsGood or resigner to resign Trophy Folders and then sync them on your PS3.
