I Think That Mean's The Specific Folder Is Corrupted So It Will Skip That Folder & Move On To The Next One & To See What One Was Corrupted It Will Show In FileZilla

thanks man if one of the folders are corrupt does that mean it will make all the trophies not sync

No. As i Said It Will Sync The Rest It Will Only Skip That Specific Corrupted Folder... If You Want That Folder Synced Then You Need The Actual Working Folder, You Can Get It By Downloading The Game

none of the games synced i have now tried with loads of different games and there not syncing

Thats true downloading the game and extracting the folder will fix the D88 errorr
