What happens if one of the folders that I sync happen to be CoD Black Ops 1? Do only the ones he doesn't have get synced? Do all the trophies get synced and they override whatever he had before(in terms of time stamps)? Or what happens?

I guess to put it in better terms my question is what is the correct way to sync trophies to an account that already has trophies in it?(as opposed to a new/blank account with no trophies in it.)

you can sync with no worries, it will only over ride if the folder has a earlier time stamp, if your friends time is earlier than the folders it wont do anything...
