Im on REBUG_4.70.1_D-REX is there a fix for this any help well be grateful

I honestly have no idea what so ever. I have never heard of anything like this happening. If there was ever any issue then usually reinstalling the CFW sorts these issues out but if your still having them I am at a loss.

FIXED i found this online(i also have the fake save data owner option on because some problems i had with my own saves, i don't know if this option is ******* my trophies up or what) Is possible,( i can't confirm but this option shouldn't be used with online purposes.) so i can confirm that modded game saves and save data owner was stoping me from syncing my trophy online Kryptus
