(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I keep receiving this error "unable to install the trophy configuration data on the system storage" when trying to play nba 2k16

back information: I got cid banned I bought a new cid and made a new account and now I'm getting this error

Have you tried reinstalling all the game files, and deleting savedata/updates?

Yes I have I ended up fixing it, you have to delete all trophies in account management.
