the purchases (Brazillian prices for games are usually obscenely
expensive,but sometimes they do great prices,especially during those
Weekly and Flash sales. ),but now I realize that I actually bought some
Vita games on my Brazillian account,and I'm planning to get a Vita,but I
know that you can't switch accounts on Vita and you are forced to play
the games on the account you bought from.
So I want to make my Brazillian account my main one and I want to pass my saves and trophies
from my US account.Anybody have suggestions of a good way to do this for
a noob like me?

I don't think you can copy trophies over to a different account but there is a possibility you can copy the gamesaves to a different account.

SOME trophies might pop but it's not like if you have 100% of the trophies on your current profile copying the save to your other one will instantly give you 100% on that profile too if you get what i'm saying.

looks like it won't be worth the effort.I guess I will just have play the Vita games outside of my main account.

Yeah as i said you're not going to be able to carry the trophies over and the saves might pop a couple trophies but for the most part you'll have to earn them from scratch again.
