I think is better to go from cfw fo ofw and sync up the trophies....can tell me how risky is that for my account and my console? Or give me some tips to sync up the trophies

If you go from cfw to ofw you will have to either downgrade or reflash. You just need to disable cfw syscalls, wipe history, and use a proxy to disable update weblinks. The proxy isn't necessary..but it helps

I don't know if its avoidable to not get banned on cfw because if it was on my main account i'd make sure that i disable Cobra, disable cfw syscalls change my mac address through sen enabler and use Charles Proxy to block all urls. I'm a little paranoid when i'm on my cfw just because its on my main account after i'm done syncing Trophies i try deleting the user off my ps3 and i go on my ofw ps3 block all urls sync the trophies on my account and done 8-)

I am on 4.80 OFW currently, have ordered E3, it hasn't arrived yet.

Unlocking some trophies is the main reason I want CFW on it. Now I don't want to sync tons of folders or get my account to 100 or something, I only want to pop a missing trophy here and there of only the games I own.

As this is the only PS3 I own, I am kinda afraid to go about this, don't want my console or main PSN ID banned.
I have read syncing tutorials but they don't say anything about the safety of the console and PSN ID. I have no idea about how to disable cfw syscalls, wipe history, SEN enabler, spoofer etc.

Can I sync on CFW or should I do it on OFW? If I do it on OFW will I need to do all the E3 etc. procedure again?

Please pardon me if I sound crazy, I am new to the downgrading and modding scene.
