Here's some help I found for you:

"Your account is incompatible with resigned folders your account ID ends with a letter and not a number you need it to end with a number not a letter as the Param.sfo is in BF save editor."

"account not compatible use a new acc
or param starts with a letter instead of a number

e.g. 13gfhdxxxxx
bad- h3678sxxxxxx
only way for these error is do it the old school way is load the game and grab the folder"
