Yep. If you load the game on PS4 and update and sync, you can get the Rise of iron in your PS3 folder. It's not going to sync though, but you can have fun with that. What other people have done is manually edit the troptrns and add in the dlc timestamps. But you could easily fuck up your folder doing that.
