Also i get this on Bruteforce "Unprotected" does this mean the trophy folder won't work?

You need to unlocked them using ps3trophyisgood program if they aren't unlocked. You most likely have trophy folders with no trophies unlocked.

Click the trophies to change from unprotected to trophy.
