To do it while parachuting: You have to be coming down against something like a tree or the corner of a building is perfect. When you are coming down and hit the corner you will land and your body turns around real quick. When you move you should be going backwards ( inverted movement ). I've done it before while being killed and revived real fast but that may have been a fluke.

Happened to me when i parachuted down, you can't run when this happens either.
