(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I recently obtained a launch fully BC ps3, and oh boy it functions. But oh boy is it loud and hot.

I've taken the time to put cfw on it to at least make a better attempt at controlling the temperature. But I've run into an issue, I'm entirely unable to pry up the bottom shield and associated heatsinks(or rather its resisting to hard I'm reluctant to try forcing it and killing the unit.)

I've attempted running it for a short bit and then quickly disassembling it while latent heat is still present to soften the paste but it still seems to have a strong hold. Should I just try that under a stronger load for a like 30 minutes then repeat my attempt?

I'm hoping to see about having a delid done to replace the tim, but until I can safely get the heatsinks off the unit makes me nervous to use.You must login or register to view this content. You must login or register to view this content. You must login or register to view this content.
