I heard the Solo player is fantastic, i've seen my brother play online on his Xbox and i have to say its kinda boring to watch, the gameplay seems rather slow compared to modern warfare 2 and you have no control on which class you choose (unless theres other gametypes for it where you can choose). The rewards for leveling up are nothing more than mere skins and so although the game has a vast variety of game types theres not alot in the way of unlockables and customization that say Modern warfare 2 has.

You can actually change your faction, but only in the lobby. I don't know why they didn't mention it but go to the skins, press up and then press X and it will cycle through the factions.
