A lot of people are posting the same theories and mixing up the emblem with the COD4 one. The COD4 one, which is shown below is obtained through the Spectre IV challenge completion:

According to 402, this emblem is obtainable in the game without hacking or modding. Proof of him saying this is shown on his Twitter account as well as the pictures below:

So now that you all know what emblem we're looking for, here are some of the THEORIES that people have thought of and proven to be wrong. Also, no one has obtained this emblem without hacking the game.
THEORIES IN THE TRASH:

The game doesn't know the difference between hack and legit.
All Achievements Unlocked: FALSE.
100% Completion on Campaign, Spec Ops , Multiplayer (1100%): FALSE.

This would take approximately 112 nukes but if you want to be realistic and say 6 kills per game, you would call in about 167 nukes)

Complete all HIDDEN Challenges: Hackers have pretty much found all of the hidden challenges in the game and completed them. The game doesn't consist of many hidden challenges and even if it was a hidden challenge, then modded game lobbies would unlock every challenge despite it being hidden.
So there's the few theories many of us have gone through in order to get this emblem, and thus far, we're pretty much out of luck and ideas. Hackers have looked into the .csv (game codes) to find something that may stand out, and so far the only thing they found is the following:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
You have to be level 70 to unlock the AK47, unfortunately the Marksmen challenge only goes upto 3 (III), which doesn't help us at all.
It also doesn't have anything to do with any of the DLC content as 402 said that the emblem was obtainable on the PS3 way before the first DLC came out.
Post any new theories you guys have. We're going to find out how to get this emblem!
Also, please refrain from posting theories that have already been proven wrong. We need NEW ones.

You still have to unlock the same titles and emblems in split screen, so it would work regardless.

I think that because no one knows how to get it, everyone is thinking big, maybe think small? It might be really simple to get, but people are thinking that it's really hard, meaning that they are thinking about hard things to do. Just my 2 pence.

You can't get STD and Infected in split screen.. so this might be an online only emblem like the other two.. until we disprove that you can't get it online.. then we have disproved this theory.. you can't just say "since you can't get it in split screen." so until someone has done it online then i will believe that you can't get it with 1000 nuke kills.. since that challenge is not in the prestige challenges..

It's not unlikely. If anything it seems unlikely to unlock in online mode.
People have pretty much completed online. A lot of people have completed all challenges, nothing. A lot of people have unlocked all titles and emblems, nothing. A lot of people have got so many kills with *this* weapon, nothing. Maybe complete ALL spec ops BEFORE IW best time. Those are pretty hard, and trying them on Echo will be very hard. That would take "dedication" as 402 puts it. 1000 Nuke kills is ridiculous dedication. 167 nukes at most, and how often do people get nukes? IMO, that's way too hard of a challenge. You can't just rule out single player and spec ops because a lot of people have completed them. A lot of people have got 1100% legit + all challenges and emblems and still FUK ALL.

Yes I know, I made the first post lol. I'm just saying that I'm sure it's unlockable in split-screen as well as online. As for how to unlock it? I agree with you, it's a lost cause really and the possibilities are infinite.

Why couldn't it have just been to beat Spec Ops(100%),Campaign(100%),Muiltiplayer(1100%) & get the Platinum trophy that is hardwork & dedication. I wish it would've been that I would've had it along time ago.:evil:
