A lot of people are posting the same theories and mixing up the emblem with the COD4 one. The COD4 one, which is shown below is obtained through the Spectre IV challenge completion:

According to 402, this emblem is obtainable in the game without hacking or modding. Proof of him saying this is shown on his Twitter account as well as the pictures below:

So now that you all know what emblem we're looking for, here are some of the THEORIES that people have thought of and proven to be wrong. Also, no one has obtained this emblem without hacking the game.
THEORIES IN THE TRASH:

The game doesn't know the difference between hack and legit.
All Achievements Unlocked: FALSE.

This would take approximately 112 nukes but if you want to be realistic and say 6 kills per game, you would call in about 167 nukes)

Complete all HIDDEN Challenges: Hackers have pretty much found all of the hidden challenges in the game and completed them. The game doesn't consist of many hidden challenges and even if it was a hidden challenge, then modded game lobbies would unlock every challenge despite it being hidden.
So there's the few theories many of us have gone through in order to get this emblem, and thus far, we're pretty much out of luck and ideas. Hackers have looked into the .csv (game codes) to find something that may stand out, and so far the only thing they found is the following:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
You have to be level 70 to unlock the AK47, unfortunately the Marksmen challenge only goes upto 3 (III), which doesn't help us at all.
It also doesn't have anything to do with any of the DLC content as 402 said that the emblem was obtainable on the PS3 way before the first DLC came out.
Post any new theories you guys have. We're going to find out how to get this emblem!
Also, please refrain from posting theories that have already been proven wrong. We need NEW ones.

that seems to make sense but is there 2 blank spots on every gun if so then they should add more to everyone because that wouldnt make sense just to add that for the ak-47
in a way i can see it being the only gun to have that since it takes time to get to level 70 then get kills with it before u prestige if ur trying to get to tenth because every other gun that is unlocked like p90 or tar is easier since its a low level u unlock but its still just weird

I came across this guy on ps3 with 10th prestige spinning emblem, I asked him how he got it and he replied "TheUnk0wn".He bought all titles and emblems.
A few weeks ago, I also came across this other guy with the emblem "TTBSJ" (I think). he got it from hunter !
And yes I came across another guy, he didnt have it, but he "knew" how to get it legit. Get x1000 for every accolade.
But wait ! Before you tell me thats "bullsh*t blah, blah."
Awhile back in this thread hunter himself said he thinks its something to do with accolades.
This is a reasonable theory !
A few weeks ago, I also came across this other guy with the emblem "TTBSJ" (I think). he got it from hunter !
And yes I came across another guy, he didnt have it, but he "knew" how to get it legit. Get x1000 for every accolade.
But wait ! Before you tell me thats "bullsh*t blah, blah."

im thinking hunter probably knows and isnt telling anyone because isnt he making money from people? he might just say that to throw people off.
i also doubt the guy who doesnt have it and he knows for sure that its 1000 of each. that would mean u would have to somehow suck a in a certain way to get the warming up accolade and u would also have to shoot your team mates 1000 times, 'most frendlies shot' (one or more a match). hunter is probably too smart to know its not the accolades. u can also change the number value coding to 1000 for eah and it still wont unlock.
anyways, my #1, top of the checklist theory is that they screwed up the coding, 2nd, its only available for staff, and 3rd, pass a certain number of kills (ex. 1 mill kills) or 100 days played but doubt that. it even says on the wiki page itself.
