A lot of people are posting the same theories and mixing up the emblem with the COD4 one. The COD4 one, which is shown below is obtained through the Spectre IV challenge completion:

According to 402, this emblem is obtainable in the game without hacking or modding. Proof of him saying this is shown on his Twitter account as well as the pictures below:

So now that you all know what emblem we're looking for, here are some of the THEORIES that people have thought of and proven to be wrong. Also, no one has obtained this emblem without hacking the game.
THEORIES IN THE TRASH:

The game doesn't know the difference between hack and legit.
All Achievements Unlocked: FALSE.
100% Completion on Campaign, Spec Ops , Multiplayer (1100%): FALSE.

This would take approximately 112 nukes but if you want to be realistic and say 6 kills per game, you would call in about 167 nukes)

Complete all HIDDEN Challenges: Hackers have pretty much found all of the hidden challenges in the game and completed them. The game doesn't consist of many hidden challenges and even if it was a hidden challenge, then modded game lobbies would unlock every challenge despite it being hidden.
So there's the few theories many of us have gone through in order to get this emblem, and thus far, we're pretty much out of luck and ideas. Hackers have looked into the .csv (game codes) to find something that may stand out, and so far the only thing they found is the following:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
You have to be level 70 to unlock the AK47, unfortunately the Marksmen challenge only goes upto 3 (III), which doesn't help us at all.
It also doesn't have anything to do with any of the DLC content as 402 said that the emblem was obtainable on the PS3 way before the first DLC came out.
Post any new theories you guys have. We're going to find out how to get this emblem!
Also, please refrain from posting theories that have already been proven wrong. We need NEW ones.

My friend finally got the spinning emblem by legit and he's not gonna tell me but he said it's one of these followings :1) javelin the teddy bears
2) move every teddy bear on all maps
3) get 100 nukes
4) get 100 emps
5) get 100 head shots with predator missles

the 100 nukes have been proven, headshots with predator doesnt seem right and ive only got 1.
u cant javelin the teddy in estate unless u do the glitch and doesnt sound right. ive moved every known one and have yet to find 1 on 5 regular maps.
your friend is probably playing u anyways.

someone would have found out how to unlock it by now, to my understanding, by a mistake or not if it was unlockable. I believe there is no way to unlock it now and the only way to get it, due to a coding error, is hacking. I don't want to hack to get a stupid emblem, because your ps3 might get banned for that stupid emblem...And people will assume you hack, it's bad enough people say "HACKER" because you are 10th prestige. *cough* Jelous *cough*

Ok so if your worried people will flame you for a post then why post it. Also if you have read all the theories on this thread then you would understand why what you just posted is wrong. So again why post it? The answer isnt going to change just because your the one who reposted the same theory for the thousandth time.
I guess people believe unlocking the emblem is 1000 posts of the same theory while at level one wearing the fng title.
Yeah i love how its everyones friend or that they saw a guy who had it once. Ive never seen anyone with it on ps3.

I dont know every single ****ing theory but basically every theory is the same..I posted that because Its the only website that said how they thought they got it..Whats the point in putting up info if people are just going to give out about it..

The point is reposting the same old theories about 1000 times gets us no where and only slows the process down. Dont state that you have read every theory and then post one thats been disproven within the thread about a hundred times. Also every theory is not the same that statement doesnt even make sense. Just go back to your tdm lobby and your .05 kill death ratio.
