A lot of people are posting the same theories and mixing up the emblem with the COD4 one. The COD4 one, which is shown below is obtained through the Spectre IV challenge completion:

According to 402, this emblem is obtainable in the game without hacking or modding. Proof of him saying this is shown on his Twitter account as well as the pictures below:

So now that you all know what emblem we're looking for, here are some of the THEORIES that people have thought of and proven to be wrong. Also, no one has obtained this emblem without hacking the game.
THEORIES IN THE TRASH:

This would take approximately 112 nukes but if you want to be realistic and say 6 kills per game, you would call in about 167 nukes)

Complete all HIDDEN Challenges: Hackers have pretty much found all of the hidden challenges in the game and completed them. The game doesn't consist of many hidden challenges and even if it was a hidden challenge, then modded game lobbies would unlock every challenge despite it being hidden.
So there's the few theories many of us have gone through in order to get this emblem, and thus far, we're pretty much out of luck and ideas. Hackers have looked into the .csv (game codes) to find something that may stand out, and so far the only thing they found is the following:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
You have to be level 70 to unlock the AK47, unfortunately the Marksmen challenge only goes upto 3 (III), which doesn't help us at all.
It also doesn't have anything to do with any of the DLC content as 402 said that the emblem was obtainable on the PS3 way before the first DLC came out.
Post any new theories you guys have. We're going to find out how to get this emblem!
Also, please refrain from posting theories that have already been proven wrong. We need NEW ones.

this is the ultimate theory: the Spinning Emblem is NOT Unlockable becouse, you will receive a title or a emblem when you complete a challenge. In MW2 there are NO challenge to unlock the Spinning Emblem, so No 10.000 Headshot with AK-47 becouse there arent any challenge like this, or NOT 1000 Kills with a nuke becouse there aren't any challenge like this. Complete all challenge, don't unlock the Spinning Emblem, so the Spinning Emblem is NOT Unlockable.
Only way to unlock that is using an Hack (I have it but i can't give becouse I will receive 1.000.000 Messages from any player of MW2), or you can be infected by Hunter128 or The Unkn0wn. This is the only correct theory.

This is kinda weird but i joined a game once halfway through, and got killed by a guy with 10th prestige spinning emblem, 10th prestige title, and 10th prestige lvl 1, idk how he did it but this isnt a hacked lobby thing cuz he would be lvl 70, also when i looked in recent players he was not there and had left before the lobby ended, kinda suspicious

i read a post that people on the 360 figured it out. i guess u have to get 1000 of every accoloide. they figured this out by just changing them to 1000 and they got the emblem. they didnt do a challengel lobby or anything just accloices. (lol i really dunno how to spell that) so i think that might be it or maybe they should narrow it down more by changing all of them to 750, 500 250 and so on and see if they still get it. so what do u guys think? u think this might be it?
