A lot of people are posting the same theories and mixing up the emblem with the COD4 one. The COD4 one, which is shown below is obtained through the Spectre IV challenge completion:

According to 402, this emblem is obtainable in the game without hacking or modding. Proof of him saying this is shown on his Twitter account as well as the pictures below:

So now that you all know what emblem we're looking for, here are some of the THEORIES that people have thought of and proven to be wrong. Also, no one has obtained this emblem without hacking the game.
THEORIES IN THE TRASH:

The game doesn't know the difference between hack and legit.
All Achievements Unlocked: FALSE.
100% Completion on Campaign, Spec Ops , Multiplayer (1100%): FALSE.

This would take approximately 112 nukes but if you want to be realistic and say 6 kills per game, you would call in about 167 nukes)

Complete all HIDDEN Challenges: Hackers have pretty much found all of the hidden challenges in the game and completed them. The game doesn't consist of many hidden challenges and even if it was a hidden challenge, then modded game lobbies would unlock every challenge despite it being hidden.
So there's the few theories many of us have gone through in order to get this emblem, and thus far, we're pretty much out of luck and ideas. Hackers have looked into the .csv (game codes) to find something that may stand out, and so far the only thing they found is the following:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
You have to be level 70 to unlock the AK47, unfortunately the Marksmen challenge only goes upto 3 (III), which doesn't help us at all.
It also doesn't have anything to do with any of the DLC content as 402 said that the emblem was obtainable on the PS3 way before the first DLC came out.
Post any new theories you guys have. We're going to find out how to get this emblem!
Also, please refrain from posting theories that have already been proven wrong. We need NEW ones.

Why are people going on about accolades, this is not the way, why would you unlock the spinning skull with accolades, when accolades can be earned in private match, makes no sense considering you can not unlock anything else via private match.

I'm not going to run my mouth ahead of time, but I THINK I may be on to something... It is nothing that has been tried before, I can assure you guys that. I will post more info. when I get it, the details will remain undisclosed simply because I don't want to get my idea stolen.

This is what I think
1.Don't tell people that you can unlock the spinning coin because Robert Bowlhead said so. He works for IW and doesn't want to lose his job. He has to endorse the game and not make it look bad. Therefore he will say anything to protect it and say everything is fine. He also said he was going to prove that you can receive the emblem legitimately, but after that twitter post he never got back to us about that. Honestly he just says things to keep us distracted so they can just wait for black ops to come out and everyone can forget about Modern Warfail 2.
2. Hunter doesn't know how to unlock shit. I see people posting
"Zomg hunter said it and so it has to be legit so go **** yourself and evn though i have no proff I will believe anything hunter saus and he is soo cool zomg hagegrehoir"
Well no, Hunter lies and want's nobody to find out about anything. I honestly do NOT blame him. he worked hard for the hacking and he just part of the handful of people who have the emblem out of over millions of PSN users. I would keep it secret and not release any information about anything.
3. Stop posting random bullshit that will never be true. I understand the fact that that theory is as good as any other theory out thee because there is no theory that has been proven yet. !000x of each accolade is a very fishy theory because there are video's proving it but many people say it does not work.
IMO: I think IW has messed up the coding and now are trying to cover it up. You would think they would get off their fat asses and fix this through a secret patch but they never will. So from this point on you should accept the fact it is impossible to get the Spinning Coin without hacking.

I find it strange that the coding is messed up, that kind of thing doesn't take a long time to fix besides what are the chances that this specific emblem which is supposed to be the hardest is the one that doesn't work?
