One extra I use is no other than google news. Type in the news of any game you want to hear about and they will most likely have it.

But we can't update it with every single peice of gaming news. :p
For example, did you know Sony is being fined $500 for EVERY copy of Guitar Hero 5 and Rock Band 2 they will ever sell? Because they said they had a patent for the games, but this was a lie. I know that that is interesting news, but I am not going to post it because I have too much work at the moment, and I am just generally busy right now....
