on google.com put in ps3 themes
then click on the first one
then on the left click gameing
and u can download premium themes right to your ps3 Winky Winky

These aren't Premium themes. they are user created themes wise one. The premium themes on PSN are way different and if they were hosted anywhere else the host would be sued.

not to argue i bought the mw2 theme off psn then i saw the same theme on google also the south park theme so alot of them are premium

I think most of the user created themes are 10x better than any premium theme on the PSN store i really like the OS themes the most. I'm never going to buy a theme off PSN unless its a dynamic MW2 theme Happy
