I would have to go with Novus Vita because it has many glitchers back from socom(including fire and dustin) and has good video editing and usually manages to pull out some pretty sweet glitches no matter what the game. That and I was in their clan on Socom3.

At a very close second I'd have to say Demented because alot of them are also glitchers from Socom 2 and 3. In my opinion they have the best editing, and are always finding sweet new stuff.
