(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So, I'm pretty sure that everyone agrees that the PS3 could be improved, even though it is a very good console. Here are a few of my ideas, and feel free to share your own below.

1) Add a cross game chat feature. Yes, the Xbox has this feature, and many people find it useful. Although it may make heating in games easier, only the minority of people will use it for this purpose, and I believe it would make the PS3 considerably better.

2) Sony need to splash out once in a while, and get some earlier releases, as it's getting annoying that Xbox are getting a lot of good content sooner.

3) Possibly make a cheap version of the PS3. This way, any people who are unsure about getting a PlayStation do not have to splash out £200+ to see if they like it.

4) Backwards compatibility on ALL consoles, not just the 60gb PS3. There were some great games on PS1 and 2 that have died, purely because they cannot be played on the PS3. NFS Most wanted for example, was an awesome game, but I had to get rid of it because my PS3 cannot play it.

5) More exclusive features. Although we have facebook and BBC Iplayer, those are not enough for people to buy the PS3 over the 360.

6) A premium upgrade, including bigger friends lists, more avatars, more themes ect. In my opinion, quite a few people would buy this, as the friends lists are too small at the moment, and for a small fee, some people would be willing to buy these additional features.

7) An in game music feature. On games such as Fifa or NFS, the sounds are pointless to some people, so why not have a feature such as Vidzone which is able to replace or play at the same time as in game sounds.

yh, well if you have used the NXE dashboard for xbox, you sill see the Avatars and the marketplace for the avatar's. ii think playstation should introduce this to psn!.. that would be cool, also, instead of using our Credit Cards to purchase stuff from playstation store, why dont they copy xbox and have SonyPoints (like microsoft points) and then redeem the code and purchase things that way, that would be alot more effective because my my mum wont let me use her credit card so this would be useful for me!

Those are some good ideas but I think the ps3 is getting a premium service sooner or later and most of what you have covered there will be included.

Good ideas, but, if you delete one person, you can add 3 more, so just delete someone, add him again, and you have 2 more spots A pretty famous gltitch which I do not think is patched, yet.

PSN cards if you cant use a credit card...and microsoft points are a load of s*** so imo sonypoints would be a load of crap
