This guide is not complete yet but will be worked on as I progress in my career. This guide is my opinion, you may not agree completely, so please leave your suggestions also!

RAVEN
RAVEN:
At the very beginning after picking your PMC, choose the deploy menu and select the training game mode. Not only will this show you the basics, but it will also award you with 100exp (not sure on the actual yet, will edit when I know for sure). With the 100exp you should increase from Level 1, to Level 2. Now you should have 2 skill points. (These can be used to buy new weapons, attachments, and abilities such as resuscitation (revive) and equipment such as a Motion sensor or a Acoustic location)
My suggestion is to buy the medical kit, as you will be able to heal yourself and your other teammates with it. If you are constantly healing your hurt teammates you will be awarded exp.
Next suggestion, buy Resuscitation . This will give you the ability to revive fallen teammates and will award you with 10 exp per revive.
By level 13 I would suggest getting the shotgun (z0mg I love it). Suppression matches will never be the same! Make sure you get the improved stability, and the reflex sight helps too (even with the bad accuracy).
Run around with that bad boy out and 1-shot kill some noobs, if you catch my drift.
I averaged 15-20 kills in suppression with this shotgun, and man, if I had some better upgrades for my knife range, and speed, I would easily get 25 per suppression.
Obviously it doesn't sounds like a lot, but if you are a squad leader, every win is +points for your leadership level, and a loss is +3 usually. (It is for me at least) It shouldn't take you long to have enough to become a platoon leader, this is when you really want to start playing acquisition and domination. While your a low level, you want to play sabotage because the shadow war contracts as you get a 10% exp bonus, if you control 2 of the contracts. (Usually belong to valor, but have recently been controlled by Raven)

Valor

1.) When you start out, since Valor is middle of the road in terms of power, accuracy, pretty much everything, it's best to play the support role of a medic or repairman until you get a grasp of how Valor troops have to operate.
2.) Valor maps usually provide the most open flanking routes for enemies, which can work to your advantage and disadvantage. The key is never work alone, and always have a medic nearby.
3.) When increasing your skills, avoid buying the fore-grip for assault rifles, as it barely increases stability on any rifle. The ACOG-style scope increases the accuracy on assault rifles greatly for Valor, and is the preferred sight for medium to long distance fighting for assault rifles.
4.) The first shot on any Valor weapon is almost 100% accurate to the reticle dot in the sights, and by using a semi-automatic firing, you can hit targets at long distances repeatedly, especially when the ACOG is attached.
5.) Valor seemingly has the advantage on the Sabotage matches, so to level up quickly, it is advised to play this match, as they have two contracts almost all the time which gives a 5% experience bonus per contract.
6.) Because of Valor's middle of the pack in accuracy and power, imo it is the best for sneaking. A silenced SCAR is a wonderful weapon, and getting the quicker knife and the farther reaching melee is great for Valor.
7.) Valor sniper rifles are accurate, but to be truly a great effective sniper, you need to have the 3rd rifle. All hits to the chest are killers, unless the person is wearing heavy armor.
8.) Of the 3 factions, Valor actually incorporates camouflage in it's uniforms. While Raven is good for being the shadows, and SVER blends into orange-ish environments, with the right camo, a Valor member can blend into anything.
9.) Of the 3 factions, Valor is the most susceptible when it doesn't use teamwork due to their weapons are not the most accurate, nor the most powerful. At the same time, when using good teamwork, Valor is practically unstoppable, even if the opposing team is using great teamwork. Follow the veterans and support them.
In the opening credits, the quote "Improvise, Adapt, Overcome" is mentioned for the Valor. This couldn't be any more true. Because Valor is so middle of the road, all of it's members must truly be versatile and be ready for anything. Because of this versatility, they have the ability to actually accomplish this feat, where SVER and Raven might lack because they have strengths in one area, and weaknesses in another, while Valor is neither strong nor weak. They just are. When they Improvise and Adapt, they Overcome.
*** You can use an option called Respec where you remove all your purchased items and abilities where it adds all the skill points up that you have spent, and are able to buy other things. Every time you Respec the amount of Respec needed will increase for next time. The maximum it increases to is 3000. ***
