Yes ok it's very easy now for me to do the mount. However, the kunf fu flip never works, ever. Tried on over 20 servers with different lag amounts including high lag. I think the beginning portion of this video shows the mount properly but the KFF part is fake.

notice there's text in the vid that's kinda hard to make out. The bottom part of the text says then press down+A. That does noting but put you ontop of the cover you're jumping on. There's more to this glitch that they are not telling. There is also a way to do it. The other way starts out with you in cover, not out of cover like this one. Although, I forgot where the vid is.

to get that extra lag that you need: look back and forth/ left-right while pressing the "back" button this will make extra lag and make it easy.
i can do it every time but i can't get the "down-a" part timed correctly so i go over then slide back but it is still amusing when ppl flip out when i dodge their shotgun by levitating

uhh to help people on the force mount, is press up+a up +a. you press it two times very fast.
and dont just hold up and press a twice. relax the joystick for like a millisecond, then do up+a again.
