The person who is going to be getting the experience needs to be the medic class and the other person needs to be the spec ops. The spec ops person will stand on top of a buring car while the medic heals him. The spec ops should also be giving the medic amo while on top of the burning car. If done correctly the medic should receive 99,999 experience this can be done offline or online. I prefer online because is counts towards rankings. If you didnt know this then here it is and if you did you dont need to tell me because i dont care.
