I believe its somewhere in the cell phone, or the start menu (i haven't played GTA for a long time)

you get ur cell phone by pressing the Up Dpad and then scroll down inteal u see multilplayer i suggest you do player modest so you can make your guy and kind and then once your done making him just go on quick match and look for your game type also if want to be just go on custom and then 1 slot and then free for all or team death match

yes you go to multiplayer on your phone and then go to quickplayer, pick your match type and press X
