After Fallout 3, I'm excited to see if they can top that. I just hope we aren't all stuck with a Chinese Assault Rifle and Power Armor being the obvious choice armor and weapon for over half the game. I want to see a bit more variety in the armor, not this timeline:

101 Suit>101 Security Armor>Leather Armor>Combat Armor>Power Armor...

I hope they add more variety to the armor and weapons (the Grenade Gun sounds great!)

Also, the Hardcore mode should be challenging for once, so hopefully we won't be able to act like John Rambo throughout the whole game again. Also, a new setting will be nice. After 50+ hours in DC, I started to get tired of it.

From what I've seen of this game so far it almost looks like an expansion for fallout 3 but I'm still looking forward to it I enjoyed fallout 3 loads but it just got on my nerves with all the bugs it had.
