Take the elevator to the top of the building and grapple onto the wall were I grapple. Sometimes you will go straight through the wall and other times you will grapple to the wall and you'll have to jump up like I do in the video. Once inside, there's not alot of things you can do, so it's pretty pointless... Enjoy.
