I have no idea what for and for how long and what kind of ban it is (not just an account ban at least an IP ban). Which way should I contact them to figure this out??

Yea I might try that. I just emailed Customer Service and they had an automated confirmation email saying I will get a response in 72-96 hours. If I am permanently banned I will definitely try to change my IP and fraz you can help me with that lol.
