ive played it it on a standard projector and the room has to be pretty dark im not sure what its like on a hd projector and the projector shouldn't over heat but if u play it on the projector alot the bulb could go fairly quick.

those things get very very hot. the bulb would go out very fast. I for one would hate one of those.

yea That why im worried because my room is like no huge. my room all ready get really really warm with the Ps3 heat...although i do have a nice wall space for a projector

My bro has a HD projector..it's nice. You dont have to have the room dark, but if you want better picture then i would advise that.. The projector'z get hott pretty quiCC also..

plus there expensive as all hell so if u don't mind flushing money down the drain then thats your biz, but my opinion its a stupid idea (if the price was right then it would be a great idea)

I already have a projector and use it for movies and shit cuz its an HD one (max HD resolution is 300") and mine stays constant never OVERHEATS yes it does get hot but it doesnt like hurt it my bulbs last a while too so I use it often for gaming when im in the mood the quality is beastly and complete HD :p but i usually stick to the 42" HDTV as said before projector is mostly used for watching illegally downloaded movies
