I actually own both. I own a 30g 1st gen Fatty that crashed and is in the process of being fixed but I currently play on my Slim 120g. Out of the two I would definately say the 1st gen Fatty is my favorite/the best. The option to be able to play PS and PS2 games was great. When I do get it fixed I was going to look into swapping the HDDs between the two so I can begin to use my Fatty once more.

Bottom line: Fatty for sure.

Well I like my Ps3's like I like my girls..... with a little bit of meat on them. So I'm all for the Fat Ps3!!!!!!!!! lol not to fat though..........

I have owned every single model of the PS3 so far. Currently I have the slim. The only thing I don't like about it is that you can not play PS2 games.
