1. Go inside the red danger zone
2. wait for 1 second remaining untill you die.
3. Flip lag switch.
4. You will than be inside of the danger zone for as long as you can lag.
5. flip back before you lag out :].

I just thought I would post this short tutorial nothing really special or fantastic but, its a start.

Something else fun to do with this, Get in a helicopter and follow the steps then watch the mini-map and when you see the ground on the mini-map suddenly stop, lower the helicopter past where the ground stops and you will go under the map.
