You must login or register to view this content. - I must warn you, Good Luck trying to get on this link. I tried to look at this News on their website for a Direct Quote on why it's on maintenance, but their traffic must be so high right now that nobody can get on!

I think there is going to be a new firmware update, I have been reading around on the playstation forums and a lot of people are saying it.

The PlayStation®Network will be taken offline for maintenance on June 9, 2010 starting at 8:05 AM Pacific Time and scheduled to end 8:30 PM Pacific Time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

During this time you may:
Not be able to access the PlayStation®Store
Have difficulty signing in to the PlayStation®Network
Not be able to play online games
See a maintenance page when attempting to access the PlayStation®Network

For some people who don't know what BST time is.

I wonder why its so long? :S Cross-game chats like xbox have would be pretty cool. Then again, so would removing the dreadful Join session option on MW2. But... we probably wont even notice anything thats been changed.
